After malolactic fermentation the wine was\u003cbr\u003ematured for 12 months in 2nd and 3rd fill 225L French Nevers oak barrels.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eVINTAGE CONDITIONS\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWarmer periods during the latter part of the winter resulted in some un-even budding,\u003cbr\u003eflowering and fruit set. The moisture levels in the soils were satisfactory throughout\u003cbr\u003ethe growing and ripening phase, and very little moisture stress was noticeable on the\u003cbr\u003evines. The late start to the 2021 harvest was one of the distinguishing hallmarks of this\u003cbr\u003evintage.
